  • Enter the name of a book or subject keyword into the Search box located at the top of any Student Souk page. Also don't forget you can browse books by category, by clicking on the category links on the left of every page.

  • Click on the item to view its description, price and other information. If you are unsure about the item you can always click on the "Ask seller a question" button. Either the seller of buyer need to be paid members to be able to use the "Ask seller a question" button.

  • Check out what other buyers have said about the seller
  • Before you hit the buy button, click on the seller's name to see what other buyers had to say about the seller. This will also help you decide whether you want to pay with Paypal or collect the book yourself and pay cash, once you have the book in hand.

  • Buy the item
  • There are two ways to pay for the item:

Cash - Simply arrange a place and time to meet the seller using our messaging system and pay cash. We encourage all users to meet in a public/busy area like the university canteen or library.

Unfortunately a sale on Student Souk is a binding contract and the buyer is obligated to purchase the item. Otherwise we urge the buyer to contact the seller to explain the reason the item is no longer needed. Most sellers tend to be very helpful if there is a problem.

Please remember that the seller has the right to leave Negative feedback for the buyer and vice versa.
